can having the air conditioner right in your face make your chest hurt?

i know it may sound stupid but recently i went to maryland that;s like a 2hr drive and i had the ac on high the whole way. now my breast feel sore the soreness goes all the way to my back. could that be why my breast are sore and my chest tightens up?

You may have had some kind of fungus growing in your car's AC unit. You inhaled it. Also, having the ac on like that and breathing it in can not only make your chest hurt, but give you a headache. If the soreness doesn't go away, see a doctor.
