I would say Tom Cruise is because he has been at it longer then Gibson. But Mel might catch up.

Tom Cruise without a doubt. This third grade educated moron thinks he knows more about the medical profession than a doctor.
Pretty hard up when a 45 year old marries a teenagers.
Mel Gibson has issues too but he's salvageable.
