Did you want him to kiss you? Did he have a reason to think it would be OK?
If the answers are "no" and "no", then tell him quietly and firmly, right then and there, not to do it again. If he does it again, slap the cr-p out of him.
If either answer is yes, then cut him some slack and discuss it privately.

Smile at him and blow it off it and start back your friends,then latter get back with him and tell him,or Waite till next when he's there with u and your friends,Say something like was that a kiss the other day or was u trying to bite my lip he want do that again.

Depends, do you mind being kissed by this guy in public? If so, tell him that you would prefer him not to kiss you in public. If everyone is staring at you, just laugh a little. Kissing in public generally makes everyone uncomfortable, so try to ease it up.

If it was the first time he kissed me I would ask him what the hell was the matter with him and push him away. Talk to him and let him know that you aren't cool with it.
