Depends on your nationality and wich passport are you using.
American and Canadian citizens don´t need a visa, just an official ID (usually driver's license and birth certificate).

But as you have a green card, you need to follow the rules given for your passport issuing country.

you will need your county Pasport and pay 12 dollars for a Tourist Permit that you can get in U.S.-MEXICO border or any int. Airport. and a Valid Photo ID.
