I'll be so free and include the violations of the geneva convention;
illegal inprisonment without lawyer
illegal torture
illegal depleted uranium ammunition
illegal wiretapping
illegal searches of payment records
These are the ones we know about.

Violation of 18 USC § 2441 (war crimes) for his violations of Common Article 3 of the Geneva Convention relative to Gitmo detainees (as held by the US Supreme Court)
Violation of 50 USC §1801 and 18 USC § 2511 for his warrantless wiretapping program, in violation of FISA and Title III of the Omnibus Crime Control Act. By his own admission.
Betrayal of his oath of office to ensure that the laws of this country are faithfully executed and to support and defend the constitution, for the above criminal acts, as well as for violation of the 5th and 6th Amendments, suspension of the writ of Habeas Corpus in violation of Article I Section 9, and referring to the Constitution as "just a g*d*mn piece of paper".
And that's just based on either what he has admitted to doing, or what the courts have conclusively determined he has done.

He definitely is suspect of breaking the anti-propaganda law. His direct involvement with VNR's is the root of this allegation. Charges are waiting for him to leave office, before he can be brought to trial.

there is not one crime he has committed...and the people that run down some...are talking about what other people did, and most of them are up on charges......it is not a crime to go to war after being attacked.....and he has not killed one person, or tortured anyone.....etc etc.....why don't you all put the responsibility where it belongs.....on the persons that do it.....

He was caught in a Laredo Texas hotel room several years ago with two whores and a pile of cocaine. Also if you google the words " loose change " and watch the 90min film it will give you a pretty good idea of whats going on.
