wow, you are really making a big deal about a C cup? You can not put having a size C in the "huge bust" category. A huge bust would be a D/DD and up. Besides, I was a C cup when I was 13 (I'm 17 and I still am..hmmm). I was 85 pounds then, and I've gained 5 pounds (I'm now 90 pounds). Get over it!!!

I'm sorry to say, as a fellow large-busted female, that there's not much you can do about how large your breasts grow. Sorry.
Eating healthfully and exercising (not out of control, though) will help your body to not make extra fat deposits, and some girls get their 'deposits' in their chest. Also, building up the muscle tissue behind them (your pecs) can help at least support what's there so they don't 'droop.'
At 13, you're most likely going to keep growing for a while, but you might have the option of breast reduction surgery later. I don't suggest it at your age - surgery, and you're still growing, which can alter your final look when you're finished growing later. Besides, your body may 'catch up' and 'fit' your chest when you're older.
In the meantime, make sure you wear a good bra that supports you properly and fits well. If you're not sure if it fits well, go to a professional fitter - most department stores have them - and you can even ask them which bras will make you look smaller. They have a lot of options for us 'bigger boobed gals' - so wear what you like and what's comfortable.
Guys (and girls) are likely to harass you at least some for your chest. Try to not let it get to you, no matter how much it hurts. You can't control this, but you can control what power you let them have over you...walk proudly, and people will notice you, not just your chest.
Good luck!

Unfortunatly there not much you can do hun. It may suck now, but just take heart in knowing that it will be something that you will probably appreciate alot more in a few years. In the mean time, try sports bras and ones with no padding to help out a bit.

hon, thats not a bad thing. size c is a good one and besides, all girls blossom around that age, you may just be one of the early ones but dont worry im sure other girls are going to go through the same thing sooner or later. if your really worried about not fitting in or anything like that, you can wear a sports bra. it may be more uncomfortable but it will push your bust down somewhat.

theres nothing you can to make it stop. if they continue to grow too big, when you get older you can get a breast reduction, but must doctors wont due the surgery unless your at least 16 in most states. i was large at 13 but lucky for me they didnt get too big. back in jr high i was friends with a girl who was 12 and was a double d. i was amazed she had a good sense of humor about it.

boobs grow and grow. i am doctor in preteen development, and there is nothing that make them stop or get bigger. I have heard many things like sleep on your chest, eating oranges, sugar, hamburgers, or even drinking milk makes them grow. they have all been proven to be false. Your boobs will probably end up on the big side but that's okay. Go with the flow girl! APPRECIATE THE BOOBS! (don't listen to these pervs!)

Sorry sweetie, you can't make it stop. I was the same way, and now I'm 25 and DD. Not very comfy on a 5'5" 120lbs frame. But there's nothing you can do. Maybe get a reduction later on. They're really well done these days.

Nothing.
Let it grow out to its natural limits, and if you don't like it, have
a breast reduction surgery.
Don't try to get one now while things are growing because
you'll just end up having another one or you'll hurt yourself
badly or both.
Do not try to play games with diet as you will have far more
(and probably worse) effects on other parts of your body.
Congratulations. You are healthy and female.
