I have pcos and a irregular cycle i have no idea how long or when it will come so to get it when i am ovulating should I have sex everyday or every three days? Or when Please help

I'm not good at maths or cycles etc so I'd say go for it every day and as often as you're up to it! Your partner will think it's christmas but just remember (haha, this is the part that's easy to say but hard to do) DON'T STRESS OUT.
Stress will kill alot of the chance you have of falling pregnant as your partner will pick up on it as well and this will affect both of your hormones.

I would say everyday but only around when you are ovulating. Even with irregular cycles you can figure out when you ovulate by buying an ovulation predictor kit or by temping in the mornings. The predictor kids is probably better for irregular cycles.

I would try every other day, it certainly can't hurt and you also won't run the risk of missing that ovulation!!! Good luck

I've read that you are to have sex every other day. That way you give your partner time to build up his sperm count.

i wouldnt have sex at all until you get it then write it down and then wen u get it again write it down and see what the time span is.
