What is the difference between cream and vanilla? Like, strawberrys and cream or strawberrys and vanilla?

Doesn't cream taste like vanilla?

I dont know because i am allergic to cream. besides, its fattening.

Cream is cream and vanilla is vanilla. Two different things.

cream is rich and fluffy. i don't care for vanilla, they taste very different.
