Does anyone know what a blacklisted number is on an LG1400 cell phone? Its stopping me from calling a friend.?

try going on call settings and then security...it's probably there...i really need to have the phone in my hands in order to do that..other than that, maybe restarting the phone might work..that's about all i can say...try reading the manual for that.. if you have it..if u don't tthen just go to the link below
