Youre in luck, Wisconsin is a community property state which means besides the kids and support the rest is automatically split 50/50, no matter who files for tha divorce. He will probably be ordered to sell the duplex splitting the profit equally or he could buy out your interest. Just be civil with him during the process as it makes everything easier espcecially with kids, but his atty will advise him of this and take care of it at his expense. You really dont need an atty unless this turns hostile. If you need more assistance email me and I will try to help

Sell it and split it. When attorneys get involved, nobody wins but the attorney. Or sell it and put it in trust for the kids college.

nicely, in both circumstances Adam and Steve (lovable) are legally married. If I chosen now to not serve them on the motel, i'd be sued. If i go with to no longer let Adam make judgements on Steve's behalf, i could lose my license to practice healthcare. besides the undeniable fact that someone may be morally hostile to homosexual marriage, ethics tell them that they couldn't discriminate. i imagine i could provide them what's technically with the aid of them (motel provider and selection-making responsibilty) and then pray for God to forgive me if I made the alternative that replaced into incorrect in His eyes.
