Why do most americans say that the lebenese should fight the cause and not the effect , when the americans attacked the effect and not the cause.

You put it very well in your wording. I know what you mean.

To fight the effect means is a reference to "Pre-Emptive" War. Fighting the Cause means to seek the root of terrorism to find out how to prevent terrorists from recruiting new fighters.

One could look at stories that I have talked about recently in my Xanga Blog, regarding the alternative methods of fighting terrorism. Their are ways to prevent terrorism without killing a single person. Just have to look for those reasons.

Fighting the effect only helps the cause of terrorists by encouraging more people to join the effort to fight of the "Imperial West". Pre-Emptive Conflict is a pretty cover up for what it truly is. An illegal act of aggression against another country. We need to remember that Germany tried to justify their war crimes by saying they were pre-emptive. BOOsh must not be permitted to get away with it because he is an American Dictator.
