I look at my stomach sometimes and it doesnt look like baby movement instead it looks like spasms and is it possible to be dilating and have non painful contractions because I get some internal pelvic pain.

You could have hours or days left. Every woman, and ever pregnancy, is different in the way the cervix reacts before labor. Some women can walk around partially dialated for weeks, others go from no dialation, no effacement in the morning and give birth 6 hours later.

Don't think about this too much. Stressing over labor can actually slow it down.

Unfortunately, no way to tell. Baby will come when ready.

I am 32 weeks now, but told at 30 weeks I am 100% effaced and 1 cm dilated. At my 32 week appt I was the same.

no one will be able to tell you when the baby is ready, only the baby knows. Your cervix can shrink, again...or open...the contractions are call "braxton-hicks' contractions, the muscles are practicing for your big day. the baby gets quiet as time gets closer! Good luck new mom!

I was one centimeter at 35 weeks. When I was induced 2 weeks later I was still 1cm. It will be soon but you still have 4 more weeks. Even though your excited, dont try to rush it by walking a lot. Your baby needs all the time she/he can get inside you. Be patient, but it will be soon!

No one here on this Yahoo site knows how long you have before you deliver...you can stay like this for the next 4 weeks as far as anyone is concerned.

If you have a concern you need to be talking to your doctor not Yahoo folks because we are not minder readers or medical professionals.

Like someone can see your cervix online...if they can they are GOOD.
