Ever watched the conventions? They are definitely parties, just because we don't get to enjoy the fun. Every four years the Republicrats have a party and we end up with a four year hang over no matter which "party" wins.

I have no idea but maybe it's because some of the people in the "party" act like they've been drinking or doing drugs.
