It depends. If you want to see the famous, iconic King Tut "stuff" such as the gold mask, and the famous coffin, those are NOT featured in this exhibit. Just a bunch of his other, less spectacular stuff. This is more like "King Tut Lite", and not like the famous exhibit of 30 years ago. Tickets are about $25.00, without specials or discounts.

This exhibit was disappointing, compared to the 70's exhibit. They had lots of general items from that era, but only a small # from Tut.

The Tut exhibit that's currently on tour is not the same one that came here in the '70s, just so you know what to expect. I still think it's worthwhile to go, but don't expect to see the really famous things like the mask. They brought it last time (and I was lucky enough to see it), but this time it stayed in Egypt.

that is totally magnificent, inspite of the undeniable fact that that is lacking Tut's properly established gold mask. nonetheless, that is have been given an incredible volume of beautiful artifcats that seem so preserved that is annoying to have self belief they're hundreds of years previous. i prefer to advise the audio excursion, by applying the way - it provides different functional information.

i saw it when i was a kid in the 70's and still remember loving it. i plan to take my daughter to see it (i was waiting for the summer crowds to die down). it has sold more than 250,000 tickets since it just opened so that should tell you that it is worth seeing!
