Take every thing off it, and get a rag, and dust. Just like you would dust anything else.

get the desk on which you cannot see the dust :)
use the furniture polish that leaves the surface resistant to dust

Try the new Swiffer dusters. They get into small places and suck up the dust like crazy. I'm addicted to them!
