Green Bay Packers -- '67-'68
Miami Dolphins -- '73-'74
Pittsburgh Steelers -- '75-'76 and '79-'80
San Francisco 49ers -- '89-'90
Dallas Cowboys -- '93-'94
Denver Broncos -- '98-'99
New England Patriots -- '04-'05

As to ron nolen's answer about the Cleveland Browns....
They won 4 NFL Championships in the days prior to the Super Bowl. However, none of them consecutively.

Green Bay is the only team to win 3 straight championships. The '65 NFL Championship and the first two Super Bowls.

New England (Super Bowls 38 & 39), Denver (33 and 34), Dallas (27 and 28), San Francisco (23 and 24), Pittsburgh twice (13 and 14, 9 and 10), Miami (7 and 8) and Green Bay (Super Bowls 1 and 2). No team has won three straight Super Bowls, though Buffalo managed to lose four straight Super Bowl games.

No one team has ever won more than TWO CONSECUTIVE Super bowls. They are Green Bay, Pittsburg, S.F., Dallas, Denver & New England. Now, TOTAL Super Bowls victories, that's a different story.
