Many times! I send letters to the White House and I also thank him on this site.
I am on President Bush's Christmas card list and I have never met him. I think he appreciates my gratitude (and my campaign contributions!). I think he is a great President and I do believe that history will view him as such. ***They mail the cards from down in Crawford Texas - I save the envelopes too!

I'd like to thank our Decider-in-Chief for Weapons of Mass Deception. The list goes on and on, but it's late, and I'm tired.

Yes- Thank you for bankrupting america
Thank you for making us believe that Iraq was responsible for 9/11.
Thank you for leading us into a war and telling us it was to fight the terrorists.
Thank you for your brilliant international diplomacy that has added to the tremendous stability and security of our nation.
It's been fun spending a trillion dollars and thousands of american lives to provide a police force for a country in the midst of a civil war- both sides of whom don't want us there (Iraq).
Thank you for limiting our civil liberties so that we have a false sense of security.
Thank you for taking the once moderate republican party and aligning them with the religious right.
thank you for caring for our environment.
oh, there are so many things to thank Bush for... I could go on.

Thanks for what? I spent nearly an entire year in Iraq for NO reason. You want to know what my mission in life was? Not defending my country, I can assure you that, don't let the Bushwash fool you. In between dodging bullets from snipers running missions back and forth from the BIAP (Baghdad Int'l airstrip), all my unit did was play suck up to an Iraqi contracting service, whose members were just the cats from the Ba'ath Party who decided to stick around and reroute their money through to US to "cleanse" it, make it legit, so they did not have to run with their families like some of the others. They probably killed their fair share of their own and ours, but WE were under orders to PROTECT them!! LOL!!
Thank Bush for what? I would have loved to have went over there and served with honor, but there was no honor in what I did. I was a 92Y pulling security on a palace for a bunch of Iraqi thugs. Gansta, huh? Well, ask some soldiers or former soldiers like me if they wanna thank GWB. If I was dodging bullets for a LEGIT and honorable cause, then I may not feel so bitter about that part of my past. But, since it was for no reason, I am still angry and disappointed at my government for betraying me, and you, and the rest of the country and the whole world.
I remember sitting in an AA, somewhere between Kuwait and Iraq's southern border, looking out over the dusty berm at the endless desert that seemed to stretch for eternity when me and my buddy on guard duty with me got the news that good ole GWB had officially declared WAR, and said buck the UN. We all were silently hoping that moment would never come, but it did.
I saw a lot of good guys and girls DIE over there for no noble cause. I saw kids die over there at the hands of brainwashed, trigger happy troops. Thank him for what? You gotta be kidding me. Go sit on the other side of the white picket fence and see how you feel then. Sit in the gunner's hatch of a humvee behind a .50 cal riding in downtown Baghdad on a "mission" to drop off one of the precious Iraqi thugs at their home/hideout, knowing your life could end in the blink of an eye, and you would die doing something that was full of dishonor...but you were just following orders...yeah, thank him for me for all those near death experiences I had over there 3 years ago. Those are great! I love waking up in cold sweats looking for my M-16 under my bed, until I realize it was only a dream, nothing more.
I'm still looking for peace, always seeking peace. Peace.

I will thank him for making me feel incredibly intelligent by comparison!
Nothing to thank him for, he is utterly unqualified, below average intelligence, discriminatory and has lost over 3,000 american lives so far in a totally uncalled for war
The American people who voted for him should be ashamed
