I feel comments like these only perpetuate people's prejudice toward Islam.

Thank you! Bush has successfully made the entire ignorant population of the United States believe that if you are middle eastern then you like to kill people and should be labeled a towel head and terrorist. And that statement just made it worse! need an example?

Maybe if this world only had one brand of fascism, then the answer to your question would be 'No'. The issue is the ideology behind the fascism. Islamo-fascist ideology is based on the belief that the world should submit to Islam or die at the hands of Islamo-fascists.

Ha.. from Dorie*'s profile:

Do you think simply "human " would have worked as well too. I mean come on down off that politically correct horse and face facts. If one who commits or plans to commit crimes and they are of the Islam belief then oh well. Guess who is going to get called an Islamic fascist on the evening news broadcast.

No, because if he is talking about fascists, he is speaking about his own family. why doesn't he talk about how grampa Prescott worked with the Nazis and supported Jewish slavery in the concentration camps? When he comes clean about that, then maybe he will be entitled to use the word Fascist.

Also, assuming this information from England is genuine, don't you think the root problem of this terrorism is American imperialism and the slaughter of hundreds of thousands of innocent Muslims? They all died so that the American oligarchy can become richer and more powerful. Is this the American way?

Yes I also think simply "fascists" would have done it, but the way he said it made it seem he was specifically directing it toward all Islam followers.
