To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

I know tons on this (not a good thing) anyways they say it takes a average couple 6 months to a 1 year to conceive. That's with out any infertility issues. If u don't want to wait a year than tell ur doctor and they can do test to tell if u are wasting ur time on trying the natural way or there is nothing wrong to just keep trying.Either way there is hope and help so never give up. I am still trying after a year i have pcos but they said i still can get pregnant with med. Can't wait good luck.

If nothing happens in 6-7 months, I would definitely chart my ovulation or you might think about making an appointment with an infertility specialist (although they will want to know if you have tried consistently during ovulation). It would be good to chart this using an ovulation predictor kit so you can tell the doctor if you are even ovulating (I never did). This can help pinpoint the problem. Good luck!

It is normal not to get pregnant right away when having unprotected sex. If you have been on birth control it takes time for your body to adjust. It could be its just simply not your ovulating time. Of course there is the other extreme where you are unable to conceive because your fallopian tubes are clogged or there is irregularity with you your guys sperm. I don't think you should worry just yet. Usually a ob/gyn would advice you to try for a year before having any kind of studies. One of my friends had to wait 6 months. Another was using the patch for birth control and had to wait almost a year 1/2 before she got pregnant.
good luck!

Good Lord, based on your typing skills, you should go back to school and get an education before you bring a child into the world.
