I have always wondered, but nobody I know is able to answer: If you get a boob job, can you still breast feed? I can't really see why you should be able to, because surely it cuts off tubes and whatnot, but so many women seem to have them these days that I don't really see that it can be true...any ideas?

i think it depends if they have to move the nipple, then you cant obviously as they have cut it out. but just the implant should be fine coz they are just adding an implant, meant to replicate fat it doesnt block anything they just add it.

Hopefully, the surgeon won't be cutting "off tubes and whatnot", the implants just sit under the natural breast tissue, to present them further forward.
But don't feed the baby out of plastic containers!!!

Why not have boob job after having kids - that way not only will you ensure maximum pertness for a longer period of time you wont also find out in years to come that your baby has been exposed to weird stuff from the implants.....I just cannot imagine wanting to risk that

You can still breast feed if your ducts aren't severed. Lot of worries of breastfeeding with implants is possibility of chemicals from the implants secreting into the breast milk. Well from what I read, this isn't a contraindication for breastfeeding.....

The implant goes behind the milk ducts.

Breast size and ability to breast feed are not linked.

Yes you can although it does depend on how you get the implant inserted.

If you choose to get the implant through the nipple then it is alot harder. If you opt for under the bust then it is exactly the same way as anyone would breastfeed.
