Same rights as anyone else. Call the police if they are harrassing you. You have the right to enjoy your property in peace. If the police don't help you, you may be able to get an injunction against certain activities on the part of your neighbors, or get a restraining order to keep them off of your property (or more realistically, get them arrested for violating the restraining order).
