I have to put in a vote for Spiderman. Not only is he capable of beating almost every other marvel hero (and he can stand his ground against the ones he can't beat), but he also somehow manages to pay the rent and take care of his annoyingly frail old Aunt. Oh, and let's not even get into his personal issues with friends and the ladies. Yet, somehow, he still manages to save the day....

It's gotta be Daredevil: The Man Without Fear. I mean his rogues gallery is a bit crap (Kinpin and Bullseye notable exceptions) but he's such a tormented soul, unable to forgive himself for the deaths of loved ones (his dad, Elektra, Karen Page) he forces himself to go out night after night and battle the crime he can't defeat in the courtroom. What isn't great about that.
You know almost every Marvel hero is created out of guilt or anger. Fun fact for you all.

I like the Black Panther, yet the answer you search for is 'Mr. Fantastic.
