"Islamic fascist" is much too nice a term. How about cowardly insane baby-killing psychotic mass-murderers?

Frankly, I'd prefer to be able to call them "dead."

I would call them Islamic extremist, murdering idiots. I suppose Islamic fascists does the trick though.

President Bush does a pretty good job at protecting the freedom of the liberals so they can complain about him!!! They seem to forget that.

It doesn't sound inaccurate.

I mean, would you call them moderates?

'Radicals' or 'murderers' perhaps, though. I'm not so sure about the 'fascist' part. I think that is just a buzz word.

Even though it might be accurate, I think he could have come up with a term that underlines the fact that Islam is being used as a cover for terrorism, rather than one that almost seems to blame Islam for it, however.

there are lots of people who accept as true with you, so don't be discouraged. President Nixon referred many times to the "Silent Majority" in this united states that looks to pass omitted with the aid of pollsters and specific pastime communities, yet which seems to ascertain elections. The silent majority includes sensible people who do not fall for the failings you have stated. maximum of those extremist perspectives which you spot consistently interior the mainstream media are being coated by using fact they are not the norm, and as a result they're "information". don't get suckered into the "Neocon" label, the two. that's in basic terms a ploy to adhere conservatives with a damaging label very like "liberal" is a damaging label for the left. i'm not attempting to commence a controversy with that fact, in basic terms keeping a certainty. Watch how a liberal reacts once you call them a "liberal" -- they hate it and take a examine out to disclaim it.

No. The term is incorrect.

A fascist is "an adherent of fascism or other right-wing authoritarian views". Fascism is "a political theory advocating an authoritarian hierarchical government (as opposed to democracy or liberalism)".

So, a fascist is someone who is right-wing and determined to have an anti-liberal anti-democratic authoritarian government. While that might well describe someone else in the conversation, it doesn't describe terrorists who are merely attempting to destroy a government or induce fear in the population.

That's not fascist. The proper term is terrorist.

And adding the adjective "Islamic" does nothing but fuel racial hatred.

I agree whole heartily with the President. If people don't understand that this is a war, them maybe it's time they wake the hell up. These people were planning to blow up 10 Airliners. We are talking the magnitude of 911. This is not a joke. These people want us dead, period. There are no hugs or flowers or negotiations that is going to change their minds. He called them as he sees them. Good for him!
