You have too much energy, really happy, talking fast. Then you crash and become depressed, you won't get out of bed, you hide out.

My ex is bipolar and it about drove me over the edge. I could never tell what mood he was going to be in and it would swing from one extreme to the other in a matter of a minute. He also drank to make the feelings go away, but it only made it worse. He could be happy and just the tone of your voice or a look could send him into violent rages. Anything and everything would get him depressed. After a little over 10 years with him, I was starting to think I was nutts. Glad he ran off with another woman. Made getting out of that house alive a whole lot easier. If you think you are.....get help. His problem was he thought the Dr.s were wrong and everyone else was off.....he was fine (yeah right).

Go to the dr and have them check you out and find out for sure if you have bipolar or just run in the family of yours? don't know but try find out asap.

Look it up on the internet...you'll get tons of information. Do you feel as though you have irrational mood swings?
