Im bulilding a lobster tank the dimensions are 6ft long by 2ft wide by 1ft deep, i need to know about how many gallons of water it should hold.. Thanks in advance.

since 1 cubic feet = 7.48 gallon
and volume of the tank = 6 * 2 * 1 = 12 cubic feet
thus total number of gallons that can fit will be = 12 * 7.48 = 89.76(approx)

1 cubic foot = 7.48 gallons. The tank would be 6 x 2 x 1 cubic feet = 12 cubic feet = 12 * 7.48 gallons = 89.76 gallons.

the volume of the tank is 12 cubic ft,
1 cubic foot =7.48 gal
so 12 X 7.48= 89.76 gal
