I grudge my licence because we stay out in the country and cant pick up a TV signal unless we have a satelite dish, no dish no signal, so we now have to pay for satelite and a licence. So im fed up of paying twice.

Heres an idea... if you don't want to pay for a tv licence, don't. Just don't watch terrestrial telly. Simple.
If you're still wanting to watch it after moaning soo much, then you obviously want to watch terrestrial. In this case, pay the tv licence.
Pretty simple don't you think?

Your tv licence only pays for the BBC channels. ITV 1 is paid for by its adverts.

Actually, your tv lincense only pays for BBC channels, as they are funded by the government. All the others, like ITV, get their money from advertising.

humorous adequate i substitute into on approximately this the different, i in no way watch the Beeb, and however the different day i had various messages on my telephone from the T.V license company, once I rang up them up their laptop mentioned i owed £ one million . 50, i substitute into fuming for 3 motives, one million/ they had have been given it incorrect because of the fact i,m surely over £one hundred forward. 2/ despite the fact that if i had owed them £one million.50, their pestering phonecalls to me might of value alot greater. 3/i think of its incorrect I could pay for channels i don,t watch. i think of the BBC could scrap the television licence scheme, and set up a pay to view gadget inspite of the undeniable fact that it is going to in no way take place because of the fact they comprehend there gross revenues might go promptly down the pan.
