Why do you need "snug-fitting," you'll just get a camel toe. But to get decent jeans in general, Old Navy is fairly cheap.

Hollister Co. and The Gap definitely have the best jeans and they fit sooo well. Plus, they are only like $50 tops, at Hollister and like $60 tops at Gap. If your willing to spend a little more than those places though, try the Buckle because they have a ton and they are really cute and fit very well. Those for for about 70 to 150, depending on what brand and stuff. Try Lucky.

all you need is a few hours and you can find some anywhere! Don't block off your choices. For example: I never, ever went to JC penny, but when I went I got a great pair of jeans that i love! Try everywhere, even the places you think you will hate!

I would say a local 'teen' store. Like Forever21, (www.forever21.com) Nina's, even Target.
