Like a little metal strip burnt, missing between the blade portions of the fuse.

Any other blown fuse. The wire is interrupted in it... sort of like a light bulb filament.

You can usually see if the tiny wire inside is intact. Sometimes they are black.Sometimes you can not see the difference.
