If you can't tell him what to do, how is he supposed to know?
Regarding cumming fast, practice will help there - the more you have sex, the longer it will take him.

Communication is very important!!! There is nothing wrong with talking him through it. You might want to try the "Better Sex" video series and NO it is NOT PORN!!! It is a series of videos that teach sexual techniques so there is nudity, BUT from an educational standpoint. OR if you're not opposed to porn let him watch and learn or you could watch together and let him know what you might like to try.

He's the one person in the whole world you should be able to talk about anything. When you guys are in another room of your house with your clothes on tell him you want to talk about your sex life. Tell him that your sex life is OK now but if he'll let you guide him it could be mind-blowing. Then without criticizing show him what you want.

I, as well as most other guys, would never ever want to marry a virgin and I think it is totally wrong for a virgin to marry in the first place.
