Ryo Bakura (not Ryu Bakura) is a fictional character in the anime/manga series Yu-Gi-Oh. There is no historical basis for the ancient Egyptian parts to that series.

What Isis said is correct. And "Ryu" seems to be the generic Japanese name for the kid hero of all RPG's.
