You'll have to buy it at a store. It's an immensely large file. With it, you edit pictures - or even create your own. The downfall is the $300 price tag.
The alternative: try downloading GimpShop. It has all the abilities of Photoshop but is free.

you can buy it, and download it.
but downloading will only give you either a 30 or 60 day trial. im not sure. but you basically do graphic designing on it. i dont have photoshop, i have psp8 but most of the ppl i know use photoshop and it seems like a really good product.

you can download it from the internet there is a 30 day free try on photoshop then when your 30 days is up you have to pay for the
Activate key but if you know of a website when you can get the key you dont have to pay wowwwwhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhooooooooooo lucky me

You can buy it at a store or online at Amazon.com and other places or go to www.adobe.com and download it. If you've never used it or any other photo-editing software before, I suggest getting Photoshop Elements 4.0. It's much, much, much cheaper yet it does everything that most folks are ever going to need.

Photoshop is like the god of all image editing programs. If you can do it with another image edit program you can do it with photoshop.
