i have just got home and caught my mum in bed with a woman,my dad is on nights ,what shall i do?

nothing. I don't see what the problem is. Talk to your mom and ask her what is going on.

Your Mom may have needs that cant be filled by your Dad and he may have given Her permission for these liasssons If this is what it is ,It could just be a one off instance a moment of weakness ,I think before informing your Dad you should take time and think it through ,calmly talk it over with your mom after all she is probably freaking out if she knows you caught her in the arms of another woman, See what she has to tell you .There are a lot of folks out there in open marriage Swingers what ever you want to call them, I know its a shock but a miss informed judgment could have dyer affects on your home life and the lives of your parents . The most important thing is to remember these people are your parents and they still need your love and respect.

Don't tell your dad. Tell your mom to tell your dad. You're always going to love your mom, but it's hard to respect someone who knowingly hurts someone else you love. If you tell you mom that you still love her, but she's got to tell him for you two to have a good relationship it will go better. It's going to suck, but the worst thing that can happen is if your dad hears about it from someone else besides her. Plus, you never know you parents could be swingers and they get into this sort of thing all the time.

What you won't have to do is drum up any small talk about your day during dinner.
