Justin and Jordan, no doubt.
Just so you know...there was a guy I graduated with and his name was Jayden, and he said growing up he HATED his name because some people thought it was a girls name....? So, dunno. Also, Jason is WAAAY to common. Javar....no, sorry, but no....and John, also to common.
Plus Justin and Jordan just sound AWESOME together. I can see it now..."And now, your starting line-ups for tonights High School Championship basketball game! Roooooaaaar! (crowd) Your starting Point Gaurd, Justiiiiiiiin (Last name), and your starting forward, Jordaaaaaan (Last name)"

I had never heard the name Javar until a sweet 21 year old girl started working with me. Her son will be two on the 18th and that's his name. He is adorable!! Brown hair big brown eyes.
Anyway, although most are saying Jason, Justin and John... those are simple been around for years and will continue to be around. They are so common.
Now, if that's what you like, then that's where you should pick two. And, there is nothing wrong with keeping it simple.
However, if you want different so there would be a good chance of them being the only one in their class at school with the name go with Jayden and Javar (which I love both those names) I like different names!! Also, Jordan is an awesome name. I know a 20+ year old who is named Jordan and he's hoTTTT!!! :)
I named my daughter Glenda. She'll be 20 in November. She's ran into 40+/50+ year olds with the name but never a younger Glenda :) Different is unique and we all know/think our child is unique!!
Congrats & Good Luck with picking :)

John and Jason. I like those names as I have always tried to think down the road when they are older and will the name still suit a grown man as when it did as a little boy. This are two strong names and I especially have always loved John. My brother said if he had two boys he would name them, Clay and Stone. Corny but the more I think about it the more I like them. And good luck, I hope everything goes smooth Get lots of sleep now, ha.

I think it would be confusing to name them names that begin with the first 2 same letters, and I think Jason and Jordan sound nice as they end with same sounds, but the first part of the names are clearly different and one wouldn't think you were calling him when you were calling the other. They sound really good together. Say them outloud and see what you think. You will be stuck with whatever you choose so only choose what you TOTALLY love and like the sound of. (Joshua and Jacob are also cute names for twin boys)

Jayden - too cheesy
Justin - for some reason, N'Sync comes to my mind
Jordan - is quite ok
Jason - is also a nice name, but too common
Javar - sorry to say, sounds a little ghetto
John - i like that name because that's my crush's name.
so to narrow it down, i'd pick between Jordan, Jason, and John. or better yet, their names doesn't need to match with the same letter... they could have completely different names.

I'm sorry but Jason/John and Justin, sound too boring and old fashioned!!!
Jayden is a lovely name- i would like that if i ever had a boy, Jordan's ok, it's getting very popular now....BUT why do they both have to start with J??, they will obviously have the same initials and it will annoy them when they start getting post- they wont know who's letter is for who?....

Justin and Jordan.
Call the names out loud and DO NOT choose
the two that would have both boys running
to you when you only are calling one.
I like 1,love 2,3,and 4, dislike 5 and 6 is always good.

I love the name Jayden so definitely that as one. Justin would be my second choice from your list but I would go for something more creative like Jagger, Jace, Jeremiah.
