okay..let say that im stupid but im a make-up virgin..
so,for a change,i bought this cream blush from maybelline (if i remember it right)..actually,it's a mousse type of blush..
so how do i use it? should i use it with a brush? or with my fingers? is it okay to apply it without putting any foundation as the base? or not? im using a loose powder as the base...
what do you think?

you use your fingers for this type of blush, you dont want to ruin your brush, and you dont need to put foundation on before you use this kind of blush, it was actually made to help you avoid using foundation, cuz some people preffer not to, but foundation is a stronger hold for loose blush powder.
loose foundation and mousse blush is all good...
you need to put unoticably, just a little of foundation around your eyes to help prevent your eye makeup from smudging around your eyes.
well good luck with that, and your not stupid, no one is born smart, you just gotta learn and trust me you'll get the ahng of it soon, no worries....

Put a little bit on your fingers and rub it on your cheeks. It's ok to use without foundation, but you may want to powder over it, not under it.
