You get a list of items for an order, and go around a warehouse picking up the items on the list. Or sometimes the order is sent to you via voice, through headphones.
If the order is cases, you have a pallet jack with one or two pallets to stack them neatly on so they don't fall over. It might be a hand jack that you push or pull around, or one you can ride on.
