I have the same problem but mine is that I can only juggle with my right leg, I can now go up to 90 but I need more work so do you know what I do?
I PRACTICE everyday for atleast 10 minutes. If you dont have time to practice everyday, just practice as frequent as possible. Right now, it might seem impossible and hard but believe me, you CAN get better at this. Just dont give up on me hun. (lol)
Good luck. Later

kjc1993 the number one thing to juggling is balance period. If you want to be real good start from the head down. Just lean back put the ball on top of your forehead and try to balance it. With your feet just stand square ahead and drop the ball and try kicking it up to your head. Don't chase or Lunge the ball if you miss hit let it go then startover. If you lunge while juggling you will create a habit of going for balls off balanced in games. Also DON'T HACKY SACK! Keep the ball on the flat part of your foot never the side. Also don't worry about how many times you can juggle the most important thing is how far the ball moves every time you hit it.

schweinsteiger is right. the key to getting better is to practice every day even if only a little. practicing one day for 4 hours than waiting to practice again 2 weeks later won't do u much good. 10 to 15 minutes everyday will drastically improve your ability. when i started i could only do about 4. after one month of practicing at least an hour everyday i can now do about 900. now i'm getting into freestyle tricks which look incredible.
remember practice makes perfect.
edit
it is true u should not hacky sack, but i can not agree with that other advice. it does matter how many times u can keep it up. it shows your skill and it is a great way to keep track of your progress. all the other technical advice is great, but that will all come naturally as u get better. i never got technical advice on juggling, but i know what i have to do and i don't lunge or anything. it is a matter of practice. another way to practice is to walk foward and juggle with the ball. i used to walk to the park while juggling and then practice there.

Well, don't point your toes up...that's the worse thing you can do. If you point your toes up while juggling, it will start spinning back towards you and it is harder to control. Keep your foot rigid and keep your eyes on the ball.
If that doesn't help, try dropping the ball on your foot, then when you hit it back up, catch it, drop it again, catch it, keep doing this until you have control, then try two juggles before you catch it again, and so on and so forth.
But, in the end, it all comes down to how much you are willing to practice. Practice, practice, practice. It took me a good deal of time to learn how to juggle decently. You'll get it. It just takes some time : ) Have fun!

Practice, practice, practice. Going somewhere? Take a ball. Infact, if you really wanted to get beter at juggling you would go get a ball right now and start juggling, and stop wasting time on yahoo answers. So why are you still reading this? You cant be reading this while playing with a ball, so stop.

The trick to juggling with your feet is control. When just learning, you need to control how hard and the direction you kick the ball. Start out slow. Drop the ball in the direction of your kicking foot. Try to kick the ball straight up no higher than waist high. The idea is to use just enough kicking force so that you can predict where the ball is going to come down. Always try to use the top part of the foot. It is a good idea to catch the ball after the first kick until you establish good kicking control.

Keep practicing. It's super fun, and it gets kind of addicting anyway. You'll get better! Try alternating between your two feet. Point your toes up to put some backward spin on the ball and it will stay closer to you. Good luck!
