The fastest and healthiest way to lose 10 pounds is by cutting calories and exercising. There are 3,500 calories in a pound so cutting that many calories a week will cause you to lose a pound. Additionally you should purchase some fish oil caplets. Pop two in the morning and take a 45 minute walk. Your metabolism will soar for the rest of the day and the fish oil will make belly fat disappear (which is hard to get rid of). A pound of fat burns 3 calories a day whereas a pound of muscle burns 50 calories a day. Working the biggest muscles in your body (the legs and abs) will build fat burning muscle. Lift light weights with high repetitions so you don't add bulk. Make sure you eat a sensible breakfast every morning. Otherwise your body will be in starvation mode and will hoard fat when you finally do eat. Eating 4 -6 sensible meals a day and not eating in the two hours before you go to bed will really help your metabolism. drink plenty of water b/c your body is holding water weight (if you don't drink enough) which makes you look heavier. don't eat too much of anything because even fruits and vegetables can be stored in the body as fat. treat yourself to a small piece of candy every so often so you don't go insane.

I think instead of eating 3 meals a day split those meals into 6 small meals and then walk in the morning and at night. Drink lots of water and stay away from that candy

lots of water and exercise...and not treats or candy, or soda, but eat three healthy meals a day, with a fruit for a snack...thats the healthiest way

Well, if you're a big fat person just exercising for 2 weeks can make you loose 10 pounds. The fatter you are, the easier it is to loose fat. (Usually.)

Lean protein,Fruit,Veggies,and LOTS of Water.Exercise is important too.Pigging out on fruit and veggies blasts away pounds though,I always implement it when my clothes get a little snug.

oh i tried that once wit my fren gurl it nothin all u gotta do is tae bo and jog hey i waz 119 pounds then i dropped down 2 104!
