Get into a prenatal yoga class. The pre-natal yoga exercises will help you stretch the muscles most important for carrying and delivering your child safely and easily. Also, bellydancing is a good exercise for pregnancy; it was designed as exercises for childbirth.

I purchased the FitMama workout DVD and I love it! It has a salsa routine, yoga, and floor exercises. Anything you choose make sure there are multiple options if you tend to get bored like myself :)

Even if you are not new to working out you should still talk to your OB/GYN about exercises to do while pregnant. One thing doctors stress is walking and swimming.

there are some awesome yoga and pilates prenatal exercises and courses that can even make th birthing process more comfortable. also look into good, healthy new nutritional needs for your body and that of your child's.
