If the parasite entered your nose, you would have felt it crawling up into your sinus cavity. It would be something you wouldn't forget. I had to remove maggots from a patient's ear and he knew they were there. They crawl and eat tissue where blood supply is rich so you would feel the movement because the hair in the nose is sensitive to any movement inside the nares.

You don't. Maggots don't fly, for one thing. And for another, they hate the taste of living healthy flesh.
Unless you have gangrene in your sinuses, you're not likely to get a nose maggot.

First your nose would start to itch and propable twich then you would be very likely to start a sneezing attack un till it came out then the hairs would take some time ti go back to not having that object in there.
