Unless in the proper forum (i.e. the Masturbate-a-thon in London), it should be a private matter. Not everyone wants to see your privates.
That said, it should be fine when among a group of like minded individuals.

Here's an idea... If your that upset about it, just go do it in front of the Police station. They will arrest you, but then you can do it in front of a whole prison full of people as much as you want , you sicko
