Someone mentioned that drinking water can lessen headaches. I have headaches constantly. Anyone know about this?

You should drink 1.5 oz of water for every pound you weigh. the more active you are the more water you should drink. 80% of the US is suffering from mild to moderate dehydration. If you drink as much water as you should (like i do) you'll feel much more energized and get way less headaches. Your skin will be better too. Dermatologists always recommend drinking more water.

Your complexion is your inner glow reflected from your surface. It is dark in there not even tons of cosmetics would help.It is not for nothing that one of the synonyms of water is life(Jeevan). Drink at least ten glasses of water every day. Drink it whether you are thirsty or not. Driniking water only when you feel thirsty is inflicing the curse of Tantalus on yourself. Your body is crying for water at the time. And these ten glasses better be of water. Do not substitute it with liquids and adjust it against water account for liquids like milk, tea, cold drinks require water for their assimmilation and do not help the body or provide its need of water. The water therapy may help in warding of your headache. Methinks you must a miserly water drinker leading to severe constipation leading in turn to the constant headache . I am not water therapist or a faddist. I have experienced the wholesome effects of drinking water. Don't let people persuade you not to drink water during meals for fear it will thin out your digestive juices and cause indigestion. Basically the digestice juices which the stomach secrets are oily in nature and they don't mix with water. So fears Go ahead take water and get Jeevan(Water)!

water doesnt solve every problem, but alot of people are constantly dehydrated, which can lead to healthy issues.

it takes a while before you realize how much water you need...this is what i do...every half hour, i drink half a cup of water. after a few days of this, your body will feel better!

no, acne is caused by hormones. Now your skin may appear more hydrates and resilient and radiant because you drank a lot of water, but in terms of BREAKOUTS, it doesnt matter if you drink or not.

one of the ways. the other is vitamin a or beta carotine. these are the active ingrediants in accutane, instead of being two hundred a bottle like a. is though, they are 2 dollars a bottle. i take two beta in morning and two at night.

Actually, stop eating fatty foods like pizza or fast food. Anything with grease in it or soda. Avoid all those and your complection should start clearing.
