I have a pillow case (just a regular white pillow case) that I want people to sign for something, but I dont know how to go about it, w/o putting it in the wash, and all the writing getting washed off. Do I wash it in a solution first? Use a certain kind of marker(sharpies I assume?) Wash it in something after?

HELLPPP!!

Yes, there is a marker that you can write on fabric from Sharpie. There is no solution needed for before or after the wash. Furthermore, it won't come off or run.

There are pens you can buy at craft stores that are called fabric pens. If you want to be more creative you can buy fabric paints. Sharpie will work okay, but will fade over time and will also bleed a little, so if you use that wash the pillowcase with black clothes.

Use a Pigma Micron pen. After you write on your material, set the ink with a hot iron.
