My question is similar; why would you want everyone on your contact list.
I would guess that if everyone who had it was interested in having you on their list, you might be able to, but, you'd need a much larger hard drive or two, or three.

It will be really hard to get everyone, but go to hotmail and just start searching hotmail adresses in your area and then fan out.

everyone or anyone? you cant just search for people you have to type in their email address, if you want to contact random People then type in random hotmail email address because they automatically have .net passwords but doesn't mean they use it- plus i dont recommend that
