Well, have you tried getting a good dream book and analyzing these dreams? I use to have this horrifying dream that I was trying to take cover or outrun from a tornado, it was so real and I lived in fear that it was precognitive because I had it all the time. It was terrifying. well I found a dream interpretation book and read that those kinds of dreams come when your emotions are high. So i worked on getting my emotions in check. I almost never have that dream anymore. I had others too, much worse, but again I read that book self analyzed the root cause and tried to repair the problem. always works. find a book tht is right for you and try it. I bet there is even web sites with help. good luck.

I used to have bad dreams all the time.
Sometimes it is your subconscious trying to work through something. When you wake up in the morning write down what the dream was about. And try to think about what those things might mean.
I used to have a lot of dreams where my teether were always shattering, like they were glass, and I was being kid napped by these evil aliens who were enslaving everyone, but I had to start this up rising and save my friends. It was one of the worst dreams I had. They stole our teeth and left us bleeding. IT was horrible. I know it doesn't sound that bad, but it was worse than a horror movie...
But My husband helped me work through it. I read somewhere that your teeth are really meaningful in dreams. That it is the source of your personal strength. So my dreams were about having my power broken and stolen. Then all this chaos and my support being taken. But it had a good theme too, that I was fighting back against it. And it was true, that was really where I was at in this point in my life. I was trying really hard to help this one friend of mine get off drugs, but she wasn't able to be "saved" and I had to accept that, but I could keep moving forward with my life. I had power to charge ME.
After I worked through what each image meant, next time I had the dream it was different. All the same things were still there, but it wasn't scary. I didn't take the same paths before. I wasn't all paniced. I didn't "run" the whole time. I actually just walked away at a certain point.
I hope this helps you.

You have unexpressed anger and fear. Do physical work outs (another meaning for 'working it out') before sleep time, focus on that which makes you feel angry and fearful and work until your muscles in your whole body are relaxed. Expect some pain in two or three days. Keep working at it and your body shall become fit and the pain shall go away. Work your body safely. When you have a hard body, you shall feel much better. The next step, skill development for self defense, if you want to, but its not really needed. If you go to the Y', there are people who may help you learn to body train safely and completely.
I think you do not like your retainer.
Read psychology books on gestalt and biofeed back. Be creative.

There is a high correlation between eating large meals and going to bed soon after. Are you eating a few minutes before your bed time? Try eating a few HOURS before bed time. You'll see a difference. Also, are you taking medication? Some people experience nightmares as a side effect to some meds. Look at all the possible changes that you've done recently and eliminate the variables one by one.

that is sort of annoying controlling your objectives. have you ever been thinking relating to the twist of destiny plenty at the instant? that could desire to be triggering the objectives on your subconscious memory. What I recommend is which you think of of the coolest cases along with your mom, like humorous moments or something happy. If that would not artwork, then attempt this: once you're in mattress, waiting to circulate to sleep, think of roughly random issues on your head. A undertaking, a dance, your persons, a humorous 2nd, ect. I try this sometimes, and that i finally end up dreaming approximately despite the fact that I had final concept approximately formerly falling asleep. it would artwork for you, too. :) good success, and sorry relating to the twist of destiny. :(

If you are a Christian you can demand that satan and all of his evil from you. If you're not, it's always a good time to become one. Just ask that Jesus comes into your heart, soul, spirit and body and cleanses you from all unrighteousness. Acknowledge that He was born, he was crucified, then raised form the dead for you!!! Then after you take care of that pray for a hedge of protection around you when are awake or sleeping......evil is real!!! But so is God......Believe that God is watching over you and pray that he fills your dream w/ his purpose..and that the devil be cast back to the pit of hell.

I used to have bad dreams.
So I read up on them. If you want them to go away you must control them.
When you go to bed wiggle you toes.Yes this sounds weird. Just close your eyes and wiggle your toes. Focus on that. Do it several time before you fall asleep.
As soon as you begin to have a bad dream focus on trying to wiggle you toes. That alone will snap you into understanding you are asleep. When you understand that you can manipulate your dreams. You will remember them better and they wont be bad. They will make sense. Just try it once.

this is what you do, if you wake up out of a nightmare, remember that dream, but give it a spin where you can enjoy the ending... focus on that, when you go back to sleep you'll be fine. Try it tonight and feel better

It depends on what the dreams are about. Everything is about something. No matter how strange it is, it can translate into something in real life. Once you figure that out, you can fix it.
Other than that, I'd try a mild sleeping pill.
