Two options:
Either A) contact the seller and ask them if they can ship fast for extra money
or B) click the BUY NOW button so you dont have to go through the auction process

Ebay cant control who sends what to who and when. There is no option you can find.
Some Sellers do Offer more than one shipping choice. Be sure to check the shipping instructions before you bid. I took a chance on a Guitar going for nothing but had no shipping instructions, seller sent me a $500 shipping charge Invoice :p Needless to say I didnt pay for that.
Also Be sure to check the sellers rating ( the number beside their ID ) to see If they are a reputable Dealer. It is up to Ebay Members to police themselves through that rating system and to Give Us Warning If Bidders or sellers dont hold up to their end of their deal.

It varies from seller to seller. It will say on the auction page if they do that or not. The best way to find out is to email the seller, preferably before you bid, and ask them.
