Based on who the guy is ,makeup needs must change.
If the guy is
an INTERVIEWER ,then makeup is a defenite yes.
a father , need not
a lover , ok
a date , ok
a husband ,preferebly should not because he is gonna be with you for 50 years and if he likes your makeup now,how will he like you at age of 80?
So girls should concentrate more on developing care, the care which will help them in old age ,instead of developing beauty alone.Do you agree?

Wait I've seen this before. You used this as an answer to a girl's question I just read. Why...? You're right, but you're copying and pasting your answer into a question...? How many times have you used this same rant? Oh well...
You're right, care is more important, and girls should be able to go some days without makeup. But as long as we don't obsess over it, it's not going to hurt anyone.

care changes over time. teens usually have extra oil due to hormones. a gel like wash and a toner with salycylic acid in it will keep spots away. care is absolutely everything to being pretty. you can't paint over a dirty yucky canvass can you? and no matter how oily, you should always moisturize with oil free hydrator. it helps the skin stay hydrated and actually counteracts extra oil production (it's a myth that oily people don't need hydration). Dry flaky spots are usually not a sign of dry skin, what is needed is exfoliation with a scrub, they range from fine gritty like substance to very rough. anyone with blemishes should not exfoliate to harshly, try to find something with small beads in a gel like cleanser (a 2 in 1) to keep dead skin from building up. Pores should stay clean by cleansing and light exfoliating, then toning and moisturizing morning and night. I would recommend a tinted sunscreen and moisturizer combo for a light foundation, plus moisture and plus anti aging benefits. sun is bad for skin and ages you fast. acne treatments (such as salysylic acid - and I don't think I spelled it right) should only be used on blemishes and not all over the face every day - too drying...

I think that a little makeup is fine for a special occasion, but if you're serious about loving someone, they shouldn't need it. Someone who only likes you for your makeup isn't worth your time.
Yes, more emphisis should be put on personality than beauty, because most people will never look like a model, and there's no point in getting upset about it. That's my opinion.

I wear mascara sometimes foundation, lip gloss, and concealer when it's important and when im just like at the house or it's just a regular day all i wear is proactive maybe mascara and lip gloss.

dont wear makeup until you need to such as 'Acne' blemishes and that sort. I started wearing makup in my later teens and when i got in my 20's that's when it all began. If you have healthy looking natural skin, some eye shawdow might do it but guys really dont like when you look like a cake face. When you do decide to wear makeup try to look natural with a little umph!

Skin care, should be #1 Concern.Healthy skin & a good attitude will give you a beautiful look, regardless of makeup.Start with the basics of clean skin, then adjust your makeup to the occasion, not too heavy or dark.

whoa
that was deep.
yes i agree...i think both are important.
but i dont think beauty comes from wearing makeup- thats just beauty on the surface thats transitory, which isnt beauty at all...its whats skin deep thats real eternal beauty- so yeah, part of that is "caring" (but its other things too)

That was very deep. Do you write?
I agree. I personally don't wear that much makeup, and think that the personality underneath it is much more important.
Im gald that there are guys out there who can see past that. :)
