My boss is from Australia, and she claims that they are a very upbeat people. She however was the biggest downer I've ever met. All she did was complain about the US and how horrible it was, and how inactive the people are. While living here she gained over 100 pounds! She's trying to get citizenship for her husband, for Australia that is, so they can go back there.

Some are nice, some are @#$holes, some are upbeat, some are downers...there is too much variation. I know an Aussue guy who's really nice, but his friend is really depressing.
