I got my email account that I use regularly, deleted the other day for no reason. I tried to contact Yahoo! by e-mail AND phone and they did absolutely nothing, and were rude!
But I still love Yahoo! :)

Yahoo customer service is HORRIBLE. Every time I have had to call them their representatives don't know what they are talking about and some of them often insist they are right, even when they aren't. Absolutely horrible.
