if there is i must say they are definitely working incognito.
i have tried at least three times (contacting them) and just no response.
The last time i contacted them was with regards to a violation email i received from them(my Q was removed) as i felt it was not justified i notified them, expecting an answer... i am still waiting...
so, either they are snoozing away or a computer processes whatever it is that comes their way.
eg; Some-one "reports abuse " the computer on yahoo's side categorizes t and sends out a violation "email". I have a feeling my query went straight into a spam folder...

I dont think so. They probably give you a number for a computer or a disconnected number. They probably just sit around all day and never pick up their phones.

I've often wondered that myself. Sometimes I think they're little drones who just push buttons, don't read nor comprehend when you write them with a problem, but then again I could be wrong.
