Your face is not breaking out because you aren't using the right face wash. There are a lot of things that have to do with your skin, especially when your body is changing. The amount of water you drink every day is important. Water helps flush your system and get any toxins out of your body and skin. If you are having a problem with pimples and underground acne, a lemon sliced in half and rubbed on your face once a day can exfoliate your skin and get rid of oil. It's the most natural way you can clear up any acne. Also, if you use a facial scrub (like St. Ives Apricot scrub.. cheap but works good!) it will help remove the dead skin on your face and make your pores smaller, and keep your face looking fresh.
If you have your heart set on a facial wash, my skin is sensitive....and I like Clean and Clear Morning Blast. It smells really good and it has that citrus that you are looking for to clear up your skin.

you should use a gel like cleanser (not a cream) morning and night and a salycylic acid toner just on your spots. also you may think you should not hydrate with a moisturizer, but if you buy an oil free moisturizer, appropriate for oily skin, it will hydrate your skin without clogging pores. your skin will feel more hydrated and it will stop producing so much oil. don't exfoliate you'll irritate spots and spread them... if they are really really bad, or if you have them on shoulders and back as well, you should see a dermatologist. get your mum to call a mary kay lady they have a wonderful product for teenagers called Velocity with a 3 in 1 cleanser and a hydrator that's oil free, and ask for the #3 toner with 2% salycylic acid. Mary kay skin care set got rid of my spots (except I didn't find it until I was 20)... good luck kiddo!

I love the way Oil of Olay Daily Facials Clarity daily scrub keeps my skin clear. It does not dry out my skin and is gentle enough to use every day. It contains salicylic acid to help control blemishes.

When I was your age I had the same problem! I started using Clinique bar soap. it is $12.50, but will last almost a whole year! You can get it at the Clinique counter at Dillards, Macy's, Nordstrom, or any place like that...not walgreens...but it sounds like it would reallyhelp you!
